DEEP ROOTS ATX SALON POLICIES
At Deep Roots, our goal is to provide every guest with an exceptional experience in a relaxed, professional environment. The following policies help us maintain that standard and respect the time of both our guests and our team.
Child & Accompanying Guest Policy
To ensure a peaceful and safe environment, no children under 12 may accompany guests to appointments unless they are also receiving a service.
If a child under 12 is present, we’ll be happy to help reschedule your appointment. Guests over 12 who accompany a client are welcome to wait in the reception area for the duration of the service.
Pet Policy
To maintain a clean, comfortable, and allergy-safe environment for all, no pets are permitted in the salon.
Service animals are, of course, always welcome.
No-show policy
Deep Roots does not re-book clients who no-show or fail to call. In special circumstances, we may re-book if the client pays 100% of the missed appointment fee and prepays 100% of the upcoming service cost. Clients who are more than 15 minutes late are considered no-shows.
Cancellation policy
We understand that life happens! If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice so we can accommodate another guest.
Appointments changed or canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice may be subject to a fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service(s).
Same-day cancellations or missed appointments may be charged up to 100% of the service(s).
We truly appreciate your understanding and support in respecting our stylists’ time.
Satisfaction policy
We’re honored that you chose Deep Roots as your salon home. If you’re not completely satisfied with your service, please contact us within seven days of your appointment.
Adjustments are evaluated on a case-by-case basis when reported within that timeframe. Requests made after seven days will be considered a new service.
Please note that our standard cancellation policy applies to all redo services.
If 48 hours’ notice is not provided, the redo appointment will be forfeited and will not be rescheduled.
Clients who no-show or arrive more than 15 minutes late to a redo appointment will also forfeit the redo.
Product Policy
For product purchases, unopened or gently used items may be returned within 15 days of purchase for store credit toward future product purchases.
Personal Items & Clothing Policy
Deep Roots Salon is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items, jewelry, or clothing. We encourage guests to keep valuables with them at all times and to avoid bringing unnecessary items into the salon.
We offer protective smocks for all color and chemical services to help safeguard your clothing. We strongly recommend that guests change into a provided smock and avoid wearing delicate or valuable garments during their appointment. Jewelry and earrings should be worn with caution, as they may come loose or be exposed to color, heat, or styling tools during shampoo or other services.
By receiving services at Deep Roots Salon, you acknowledge and accept these policies.
