Child/Accompany Policy

At Deep Roots, we strive to provide an exceptional experience for all our clients. To maintain this standard, no children under the age of 12 may accompany a client to their appointment unless they are also receiving a service. If anyone under the age of 12 accompanies a client to their appointment, the client will be required to reschedule. Any person(s) over 12 accompanying a client must wait in the waiting area for the duration of the appointment.

Pet Policy

At Deep Roots, we strive to maintain a clean and comfortable environment for all our clients. Therefore, we do not allow pets in the salon. Service animals are welcome.

no-show policy

Deep Roots does not re-book clients who no-show or fail to call. In special circumstances, we may re-book if the client pays 100% of the missed appointment fee and prepays 100% of the upcoming service cost. Clients who are more than 15 minutes late are considered no-shows.

cancellation policy

Please provide at least 48 hours' notice for canceling or rescheduling appointments. Cancellations made within 48 hours will incur a fee of 50% of the scheduled service(s). Cancellations within 24 hours will incur a fee of 100% of the scheduled service(s).

satisfaction policy

We are grateful you chose Deep Roots as your salon home. We take pride in providing the best service and experience for our clients. If you are not satisfied with a service, please inform us within seven days. Redos are evaluated on a case-by-case basis if reported within this period. Requests made after seven days will be considered a new service and charged accordingly.

Please note that our standard cancellation policy applies to all redo services. If 48 hours' notice is not provided, the redo appointment will not be rescheduled and will be forfeited. Additionally, clients who no-show or are more than 15 minutes late for a redo appointment will also forfeit their redo appointment.

PRODUCT POLICY

For all product purchases, Deep Roots will only accept returned product within 15 days of purchase, and refunds will be in the form of credit towards future product purchases.
